It has been announced that Valentino Rossi’s 2009 Mugello (‘Hands’) helmet will go into production in strictly limited numbers. The helmet will be made available as a GP-Tech, but there is no info as yet on the release date or expected quantities.
Previous limited editions have launched at anywhere between the £499.00 to £599.00 price point.

As is tradition, Valentino Rossi unveiled a brand new helmet design for the 2009 Mugello round of MotoGP. Past races have seen Valentino wear some outlandish helmet designs , culminating in the ‘My Face’ design from 2008 – so by comparison, this year’s Mugello helmet design seemed tame.
